If you provide your mobile phone number and separately, affirmatively opt in, you authorize Synergy Legal to send automated text messages, place voice calls, and place AI voice calls to the phone number provided for the purposes described in these Terms.

SMS Consent, Frequency, and Charges

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive services from Synergy Legal. Consent to receive automated voice calls or AI voice calls is not required to receive services from Synergy Legal.

The website opt-in checkbox is optional, unchecked by default, and separate from submitting a general claim-review request.

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, your responses, appointment or reminder needs, and ongoing claim-review communications.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

HELP and STOP Instructions

Reply STOP to cancel text messages. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and then no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again or unless otherwise permitted by law for non-promotional transactional communications.

Opting out of SMS does not prevent us from responding to a direct request through another channel when legally permitted, such as a phone call or email response to your inquiry.
